CHOCOCRU® Extraordinary Antioxidant Chocolate Oat Cookies

- 125g BUTTER
- 125g MUSCOVADO SUGAR
- 1 MEDIUM EGG
- 150g PORRIDGE OATS
- 125g SELF RAISING FLOUR
- 10g CHOCOCRU EXTRAORDINARY ANTIOXIDANT COCOA.
- 200g CHOCOLATE CHIPS (MILK/DARK OR A COMBINATION. PREFERABLY CHOCOCRU EXTRAORDINARY ANTIOXIDANT CHOCOLATE)
METHOD
- Mix the sugar and butter together until creamy.
- Add the egg and mix well.
- Add flour, Extraordinary Antioxidant Cocoa, and porridge oats and chocolate chips mix well.
- Shape into approximately 12 cookies. Place on a greased baking tray and cook for 15 minutes at 150 degrees.
